Über Slay The Crown

Slay The Crown - Spielbeschreibung

Descend Into The Depths of Hell
Every thousand years, the Demon King reawakens. You are one of the brave warriors of the realm sent on a perilous journey to the depts of Hell, seeking to defeat the immortal King before he regains his strength. The deeper you go, the greater the challenge. Will you claim the crown or be lost to the abyss?

Character Skill Trees and Deck Building
Each character has a unique skill tree that unlocks cards as you progress. These cards come in various types, including damage, defense, utility, and support. As you advance through the skill tree, you'll unlock more cards to customize your deck and expand your strategic options.

This system allows for a wide range of playstyles for each character. Whether you focus on raw damage, survivability, or team support, your build evolves based on the cards you choose to unlock and play.

Card-Based Progression System
Each time you level up in game, you choose one of three cards from your deck. These cards grant upgrades, abilities, or stat boosts that shape your build for the run. Your choices directly impact your combat style and survivability.

The Crown's Turn

At the same time, the world boss has his own deck of cards. Every minute, the boss plays a card that affects the game. Spawning enemies, creating hazards, or applying debuffs. These cards make the run progressively harder as time goes on.

Players and bosses both gain power through cards, creating a constant push and pull throughout the level.

Campaign, Difficulty, and Game Modes
Play through a full campaign spanning 4 distinct worlds, each containing 3 handcrafted levels and a final boss battle. Choose from 3 difficulty levels. Higher difficulties offer increased rewards and greater challenges. Every level features a dynamic day and night cycle. Monsters grow stronger the longer the day drags on, and special waves of enemies emerge at night, testing your endurance and skill.

For a greater test of skill, try Journey Mode, a one-life run where every decision matters.

Alternatively, enter Endless Hell Mode, where enemies grow stronger over time and both player and boss cards are randomized. Survive as long as you can in a constantly escalating fight with no end in sight.
