771 PC Key kaufen

771 is an indie first-person horror walking simulator developed for PC. The experience lasts around 30 minutes and centers on exploration through shifting environments that begin in a familiar apartment setting.

Gameplay

Players start in an ordinary bedroom and must get up to investigate the space around them. The apartment transforms in unexpected ways, with changes to lighting, room layouts, and structural elements that guide progress forward. Movement relies on standard first-person controls, and the focus remains on observing surroundings while advancing through connected areas. High-quality audio supports the atmosphere, and graphics aim for realism in the depicted spaces. The short length keeps the session contained, with no combat or complex interactions beyond navigation and observation.

Game Modes

The title offers a single-player experience only. There are no multiplayer options, competitive elements, or additional modes listed. The structure follows a continuous sequence of segments, each contributing to the overall progression without branching paths or separate challenges. This linear format matches the walking simulator style, where the emphasis stays on sequential discovery rather than replayable variants or team-based play.

Development Background

Seven developers contributed to the project, with each handling one full day of work in isolation from the others. The team assembled the pieces only after all contributions were complete, resulting in a cohesive yet experimental outcome. This approach produced seven distinct segments that form the complete game. The process highlights a collaborative experiment in independent game creation, limited to one week of active development time across the group.

Atmosphere and Content Warnings

The narrative begins with a sudden shift from normal surroundings into unfamiliar and unsettling locations. Corridors and interiors alter in form, creating a sense of deepening isolation. Realistic visuals and detailed sound design reinforce the tension during exploration. The game includes flashing lights as a core visual element, which may trigger seizures in sensitive individuals, and carries an explicit warning about this risk.

Is It Worth Playing?

771 suits players interested in brief, atmospheric horror experiences that prioritize environmental storytelling over action or extended campaigns. The 30-minute runtime makes it accessible for a single session focused on discovery. With no user reviews available prior to release and no confirmed post-launch updates, the value depends on preference for short-form walking simulators created through unconventional team processes. Those seeking quick psychological horror without additional mechanics will find the core loop aligned with the described exploration of transformed spaces.
