You need to pay attention to public sentiment, assign corvée labor, adjust grain prices and comfort displaced refugees. Every policy you issue will directly affect public support. Unstable public sentiment will make people flee; with popular support, civilians will voluntarily repair city walls, cultivate farmlands, and even stand up to defend the county in times of danger.
In troubled times, intelligence is the key to survival. The game’s unique spy system acts as your eyes and ears, allowing you to perceive everything around you. You can send spies to infiltrate enemy camps, penetrate local noble clans, or investigate the movements of surrounding forces.
