What is Tales of Tuscany?
Tales of Tuscany is a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure RPG which uses Fast-Paced Bullethell Action in battles!
Your home has been obliterated by The Evil Vizard Thunder Goober for his own personal entertainment... Play as Lambypoo and adventure through the shaken-up land of Tuscany, either recruiting enemies to fight alongside you or defeating enemies for their EXP in your efforts to save your cousins and rebuild your village...
You can choose your own adventure! Skip huuuge, really fun sidequests, spend 10,000 hours fishing, and even take on whole alternate routes!
Countless hilarious and "provocative" side quests where you'll meet lots of weird characters
Use your "Baaa" button to destroy cars and buildings, explode enemies in the overworld, and other things!
Face enemies in fast-paced bullet-hell battles, featuring colorful and imaginative attacks.
Find clever ways to DEFAT or BEFRIEND your enemy utilizing minigames such as a home run derby, carving pumpkins, surfing at the public pool, smacking flies with a fly swatter... You get the idea...
There are INSANE CHALLENGES to face, and you can mix up your gameplay with Challenge Modifiers like 1HP mode, No Friends Mode, and others!
Add BEFRIENDED enemies to your team to play as, using their individualized stats as well as their BURST skills that will change your approach to battling!
Shiny hunt your friends and find rare, alternate colored versions of every character you can add to your team
Every time you complete a game, you'll get a postcard called a RHAPSODY. Collect these and trade them with friends around the world... Each Rhapsody is completely unique to the playthrough it came from!
Tons of Challenge Modifiers to create awesome challenge runs with, one of them even replaces all of the game's text with WINGDINGS??? Then, show off your accolades on your Rhapsodies!
Connect your Twitch.tv account while playing to connect your game to your livestream!
Chatters will appear in your world as their own Lambypoos, with colors + armors that are consistent!
Viewers can redeem channel points to do funny stuff, mess with you, or help you as you play!
Polls will periodically come up where viewers can vote on a plethora of outcomes which will change the course of your gameplay... you can turn these options on and off, of course!
Tales of Tuscany is not meant to just be a singe-player-game, but also serve as a communication tool to share your experiences and compare/contrast amongst your friends, and even trade valuable keepsakes if you really trust each other.
You will earn a different Rhapsody each time you complete the game - there are loads of stickers to unlock through your adventures and your Rhapsody will change based on your decisions throughout.
Yes it's so good. You can join a multi level marketing scheme, roll around a spicy dung-beetle-ball, get a corporate job, blow up expensive cars, shoot your less important friends out of cannons so they explode, and there's even a public pool. I know I mentioned that before but seriously who doesn't like the public pool it's the best place on earth...
