05/14/2023 you can use this contents again. A critical bug of Unreal Engine 4.26.2 bothers using DLC contents and upgrading to 4.27.2 solved the problem.
These character assets are restored and you can use now these chars.
These also dose not have special abilities. Appearance is only different. In the game page, 'DLC 2nd Character Selection' is this.
