You have one creditor, one road ahead of you, and a lot of bad decisions to make.

The Black Road uses the symbols and systems you already know from Pay Your Deeds, but completely changes how you use them.
Weapons become a core part of your economy.
Black Road Raiders and Smugglers become far more important.
Zombies become both a threat and an opportunity.

As your HEAT rises, the road becomes increasingly hostile.

Throughout the run, you'll be forced to choose how you continue down the Black Road.
Take the safer route and lower your HEAT.
Trust a Smuggler for a better deal.
Enter Raider territory for bigger rewards.
Or take a dangerous route and gamble the entire run for a much larger payout.

The Black Market offers opportunities you won't find in a normal run.

ONE CREDITOR
There is no normal creditor rotation on the Black Road.
One creditor follows the entire run.
Their demands become more dangerous as you progress, and failing a checkpoint can change the rest of the journey.
