While investigating the disappearance of Isabelle Nox, journalist Janet Sheperd enters the forests of Havenbrook to document an abandoned structure hidden deep within the woods.
Inside the building, all contact is lost.
What remains are fragmented walkie-talkie reports, distorted recordings, and traces of a cult that once believed the forest could offer salvation. Instead, everyone who followed that path vanished.
As Janet explores the decaying complex, time begins to fracture. Voices overlap. Events repeat out of order. Some transmissions seem to come from the past, others from places that no longer exist.
To uncover what happened to Isabelle Nox, Janet must piece together the cult’s final days and understand why those who enter the forest never leave unchanged.
