Build a factory out of the periodic table
Everything you mine is a real isotope. Not "ore" — carbon-12, iron-56, uranium-238, each with its own proton and neutron count, its own stability, its own way of falling apart.
Identify unknown minerals by their actual emission spectra, every element from hydrogen to uranium
Synthesize compounds in a molecular assembler that validates by real valence and oxidation states — build Fe₂O₃ and the game names it Hematite
Transmute elements you can't find in the ground using alpha and beta decay

Automate everything
Belts, inserters, filters and splitters. Refineries, assemblers, and drone logistics networks that fly cargo between chests on request. Power grids you wire pole by pole, with generation, storage and demand you have to actually balance — because every watt you draw is a watt something else can hear.
Wire a computer out of rocks
The planet's spirit speaks in signals. To hear it, you have to build senses.
The circuit kit is a complete binary logic system: AND, OR and XOR gates, memory cells, and sixty-four wireless channels. Read the planet's demands, switch entire power grids on the result, interlock your cooling against your water supply so you never freeze the sky you are trying to fill.
It is complete enough to build a working ripple-carry adder and a memory accumulator. We know, because we built both to test it.
Terraform a real atmosphere
The air is a literal inventory of gases. Pressure is how much is in it. Oxygen is what fraction of it happens to be O₂ — vent nitrogen and your oxygen percentage rises without adding a single molecule of it. Water is a gas too, freezing and thawing across a pressure-scaled frost line. Burn carbon and CO₂ enters the sky by pure stoichiometry: one atom in, one molecule out, no fudge factor.
The planet demands four seasons — each one a band on pressure, temperature, oxygen and water that you must hold all at once, until it is satisfied. Hold all four, and the world comes back.
Something is under the sand
Your factory has an electrical signature, and the sandworms can feel it. They map your base by how much power each patch of ground has ever drawn, then take the loudest one. You cannot kill them. You can only not be there when they arrive.
Read the seismic radar and evacuate before impact
Build inside ancient rock formations, where the ground goes quiet
Or put your entire factory on a flying platform and lift it out of the way
Then leave
There is a ship buried under five metres of wind-blown sand. Revive the world and the planet itself will tell you where to dig. Get it out, fuel it with antimatter you made with your own hands, and go.
