Let’s Work Part-Time to Pay Off the Debt

■Synopsis

While walking down the street, the protagonist, Brad, spots a suspicious shop he’s never seen before selling the flying bike he’s been wanting

at a bargain price, so he buys it.

He immediately hops on the bike to head home, but the engine fails and he crashes.

He lands at a casino run by Gummy Smile, who controls the town, and is forced to pay compensation.

He decides to have his friend, Apple Ginger, repair the bike.

Faced with this sudden, large expense, Brad ends up borrowing money from Gummy Smile.

Let’s work part-time at a warehouse to steadily save money and pay off the debt.

■Game System

《Earning Money》

Brad’s job is to sort packages coming down the conveyor belt.

If you don’t press the corresponding button (on the keyboard), the package will fall off the conveyor belt,

and your life will decrease. If you lose all your lives, it’s game over.

Watch out for the bombs that occasionally appear! If you accidentally catch one, it will explode and reduce your life.

As time passes, the conveyor belt speeds up, making the game more difficult.

《Upgrade Brad》

You can buy items that give you an advantage at work at the Apple Ginger shop.

You can increase your total lives or boost your earnings.

Items take effect as soon as you buy them.

《Pay Off Your Debt》

You can pay off your debt at the Gummy Smile Casino.

If you pay off the entire amount, you’ll be free from the debt trap!

■Characters

Brad: The protagonist of this game. A part-timer.

Apple Ginger: An item shop clerk. She and Brad are more than friends but less than lovers.

Gummy Smile: The mafia boss who controls Smile Town. He runs a casino.

Gummy Smile’s cat bodyguard: Super cute.

★This game was created almost entirely by a middle-aged guy with no prior game development experience, and without the use of AI.
