Dynasty Bowl combines retro-inspired 2D football with the long-term team building of dynasty fantasy football. Take on the computer or a friend on your couch, chase a championship in Season Mode, or build a powerhouse across many seasons in Dynasty Mode.
GAMEPLAY
Dynasty Bowl is a throwback to the classic 2D football games you grew up playing. Drop back and hit your open receiver on a slant route, or hand it off to your star running back and follow your blockers to house a 40-yard touchdown. On defense, take control of any player and go make the big tackle or pick off the opposing QB.
Play in clear weather, rain, snow, and wind, or inside a dome. Customize your uniforms before kickoff and have at it.
DYNASTY MODE
Run your team like you would in a dynasty fantasy football league. Draft rookies, trade players and draft picks, sign free agents, and manage contracts. Hire coordinators and upgrade your facilities. Players have personalities and morale, and they'll let you know when they're unhappy.
Every offseason brings a new draft, player progression, and retirements. Career stats, team records, and a Hall of Fame keep track of your league's history.
Field offers to gain an advantage week to week. However, some of them might seem questionable. A player's agent has a proposition, or maybe someone knows a supplement program the league might not approve of. Taking a deal might help you now but can get you investigated later. It's up to you to decide whether it's worth the risk.
SEASON MODE
Just want to win a championship without managing a franchise? Pick a team and play through a full schedule, including the playoffs all the way to the Dynasty Bowl. No roster management is required. Play each game yourself, simulate it, or watch it unfold.
Standings, box scores, full statistics (including PPR fantasy points), league leaders, and players of the week are all included in the main season hub.
EXHIBITION AND COUCH MULTIPLAYER
Play an exhibition game against the computer to sharpen your skills, or challenge a friend on your couch.
MODERN PIXEL ART AND SOUNDTRACK
Dynasty Bowl features modern pixel art, from the players and the crowd down to the chain gang and the sideline crews. Every player in the league gets a retro player card with a portrait, stats, and ratings. It also has an original soundtrack and custom sound effects that bring the action to life.
