A wide range of martial arts: Join a sect and learn from a master, or pick up styles while traveling the martial world. Learn unarmed combat, swordplay, short weapons, spears and staves, and hidden weapons. You can switch between these styles freely in battle.
Internal arts: Learn internal cultivation the same way, through a master or your travels. Circulating your internal art grants powerful attribute bonuses and special effects.
Many ways to fight: Real-time combat lets you reposition, block, and dodge. You can also meditate to recover.
Companions: Meet different companions on the road. Up to six of them can fight alongside you at once. They act on their own personalities, or follow your party orders, and help you make your way through the martial world.
A full life outside battle: Once you learn different livelihoods, you can tend a quiet rural life in your spare time. Farm and gather herbs to cook a good meal or brew a dose of medicine. Work as a blacksmith and forge fine weapons, serve as an escort and guard a caravan, or travel as a doctor and see patients.
Day and night, and changes in the weather, affect the world and combat. Traditional Chinese festivals bring their own sights and customs. There are small pastimes, such as cricket fights and lantern riddles, and martial-world events such as sect tournaments. A broad story and varied places to explore let you experience a martial world of your own.
